Fair Booth Ministry
The dates of the 2024 fair are Monday, October 14 through Saturday, October 19. The WCBA has rented a
booth at this year's Walton County Fair for our churches to use to promote their own church and their own ministries (first come, first serve).
Your church will be given two free tickets to use to gain entrance to the fair on the day/night that your church sponsors the booth. The WCBA will furnish the table for the booth.
The booth hours on Monday through Friday are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Saturday booth hours are
Noon - 4:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Whoever works the last shift on Saturday night will need to take down the booth and bring the table, tablecloth, and box of items back to the WCBA office on Monday.
Pastors (or Pastor authorized contact) can reserve the booth for their church by contacting the WCBA office at 850-892-2849 or email us using the form below. If you have any questions, please contact us.
